Babybeddingandmore.com was created to provide you, the customer, with a great selection of baby products, toddler products and kid’s products. Running this store with my wife, we are committed to offering you the highest quality products at low prices. We will do everything possible in our control to make sure your shopping experience is a pleasant one.

Our Business was started as my wife and I saw a need in the bedding market to curve our own place on the internet. We believe we offer competitive prices, quality products our customers need and want. For the last year we have been in business we have satisfied that need to many customers and will continue our strong dedication as we move forward.

Placing My Order

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place your order through our secure online order processor, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. We take only the necessary information "name, address, city/state, zip code" and create an order will our manufacture. Once the manufacture processes the order and provides us with a shipping tracking number, we inform our customer with information that your order has been processed and shipped with shipping tracking number.

How soon will you process my order?

Orders are processed pending on what time you place your order. If a order is placed early enough we will process the ordered that day. Most times orders are processed next business day. We want to process your order as fast as we can to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.

We are based out of California, by the law we are required to charge California Residents a 8.25% sales tax. All other states are tax-exempt.

What is your current turnaround time I will receive my products?

Once you place your order please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. Your order will leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days. We use UPS ground on all orders which could take 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy - Returns on items will be accepted 15 days from the day you receive your purchase and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Please contact us at support@babybeddingandmore.com prior to return for return address and authorization, returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. Items must be unopened or in resalable condition. All returns will be subject to inspection before credit is issued. If the merchandise is not in its original packaging or in resalable condition you will be notified and no credit will be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the merchandise is defective, damaged in transit, or a result of our error). Therefore customers should insure all returns for the purchase price of the product to protect you in the event of loss or damage. All decisions on merchandise condition are final. Our general refund processing time is 3 to 5 business days from the time your return is received. You will then see a refund on your next credit card billing statement, or if you used PayPal, it will be credited to your PayPal account. Thank you for your patience.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rate is calculated by the total amount of your order. Orders from $0.01 to $29.99 are a flat rate of $5.50, Orders $30.00 to $98.99 is flat rate of $7.50 and Orders $99.00 and up offer free shipping.

How long will it take for the product to arrive to my front door?

We take great pride on getting your order at your front door as soon as possible. Generally once you place your order, your order is on a UPS truck on its way to you in 1 business day. Depending on where the order is going usually takes 2-5 business days to receive your order.

Absolutely! Once the tracking number has become available to us from the warehouse you will be emailed the tracking number at the email address proved when placing your order.
